1. Does this application collect or use your personal information?

We have developed this application with your privacy in mind. We wanted an application where you could take notes and store these within the privacy of your own Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Office 365 mailbox.

Therefore, apart from transmitting notes and mailbox credentials between your device and your mailbox server, My Notes does not share this data with us or any other third party.

My Notes uses your internet connection to download, update and display notes from your Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 mailbox. It locally stores your notes, as well as the credentials you are using to access your mailbox. The application only communicates with the Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Office 365 server you have configured in the application’s settings. During this process, your mailbox credentials and notes are transmitted.
